Are you a master at translating complex scientific concepts into engaging marketing content? This growing cell and gene therapy tools and services organization is looking to add an experienced Communication Manager to manage the content marketing team. This on-site role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about life sciences to lead an impactful team.

In this position, your mission will be to bridge communication between science and business, gather VOC for developing new product launches and -ultimately driving high-quality marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative content marketing strategies.
- Manage a team of 8-9 consisting of technical writers and content marketing, as well as, external vendor relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, commercial leaders, and social/digital media channels


Preferred Skills:
-Life Science Content Marketing Experience is Required
-Understanding of Life Science markets focusing in: NGS applications, Viral vector Production, mRNA production services, reproductive health, stability testing, reagents
-Ability to meet deadlines, delegate projects, manage a team, and develop documentation process for procedures
-Marketing Savvy: Ability not only to develop but also execute effective campaigns which amplify key product features through strategic storytelling techniques across multiple platforms - always ensuring alignment with overarching corporate objectives.
