  • Maintain cultures of multiple human cancer cell lines simultaneously to support experimental efforts
  • Apply various genetic, molecular and cellular techniques to develop mechanistic understanding of novel degrader antibody conjugates
  • Execute microplate-based quantitative assays
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data and present results at internal meetings
  • Collaborate with team members to generate novel insights into key oncogenic drivers

  • Proficiency with cell culture, including the ability to maintain multiple human cancer cell lines simultaneously with strong aseptic technique
  • Ability to execute plate-based experiments with various readouts, i.e. ELISA, MSD, luminescence, fluorescence, TR-FRET, AlphaLISA, fluorescence live-cell imaging (IncuCyte).
  • Analysis of concentration-response curves and scientific data analysis software
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
  • Proven ability to proactively and independently problem solve with minimum guidance
  • Highly organized, with proven record keeping and excellent written/verbal communication skills to effectively communicate research findings
