We are seeking a proactive and strategic Regional HR Manager to lead and elevate the people agenda across a diverse, high-impact engineering region. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, champion operational excellence, and drive workforce strategies that enable innovation, performance, and scalable growth in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Business Partnering
• Partner with regional leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives across multiple engineering sites.
• Develop workforce planning strategies to support project pipeline growth, capability development, and organizational transformation.
• Talent Acquisition & Development
• Lead regional recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent in alignment with local labor markets.
• Champion employee development programs, technical upskilling, and succession planning for key roles.
• Employee Engagement & Culture
• Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with our values of safety, innovation, and integrity.
• Lead engagement surveys, action planning, and cross-functional collaboration for continuous improvement.
• Employee Relations & Compliance
• Ensure consistent application of policies, legal compliance, and resolution of complex ER issues across countries.
• Serve as a change agent during mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring initiatives in the region.
• HR Operations & Analytics
• Oversee core HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, and data reporting.
• Analyze people metrics to drive evidence-based decisions and continuous HR process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree a plus
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including regional/multi-site responsibilities, ideally in the engineering or industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR best practices
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, development, and change management in technical organizations
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural environment and manage ambiguity with agility
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
