ORG Services is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager to drive sales of premium cannabis-related products, including flowers, vaporizers, pre-rolls, and edibles. This role requires strong industry connections, the ability to establish and maintain business relationships to increase our market share.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a strong understanding of B2B sales, cannabis retail & distribution and be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high demand sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Own and grow retail sales, establish and maintain positive relationships to acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships to further drive revenue growth with dispensaries, retailers, and other B2B affiliates.
Research, call, and visit dispensaries, retailers, and distributors to promote and sell our products.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to delivery of products.
Educate and engage with clients and potential clients on product offerings, features, and market trends to drive sales as well as maintain understanding of client needs.
Track, report, and analyze sales activities.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of B2B field sales experience in cannabis, vape, tobacco, alcohol, pharmaceutical or other similarly regulated industry.
Strong Industry knowledge and awareness of cannabis products, market trends, and regulations.
Self-driven and highly motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
Proven track record of B2B sales and building long-term client relationships.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, ability to pitch and persuade decision-makers, and proven track record of successful upselling techniques and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% to 75% of the time - travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
Strong familiarity with B2B sales tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot.
Champion all company policies and procedures.
Education
Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
Advanced degrees in business, horticulture, agriculture, or plant science field are desirable.
