Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a top client's data platform team, helping to prioritize initiatives and ensure steady progress toward their goals. You will collaborate with data teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large, data-focused programs and projects.
- Work with data teams to drive initiatives forward and prioritize key tasks.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive leadership.
- Ask insightful questions and tackle challenges to ensure project success.
- Provide strategic thinking and solutions for data platform and integration projects.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in healthcare data processing (claims and administration).
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale data programs.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and effectively communicate progress to senior leaders.
- A strategic mindset with experience in data platform and integration projects.
