We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Media Director to lead our team in executing data-driven campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels. This fully remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home, but we are looking for candidates in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia.
What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable results and drive client success.
Collaborate closely with teams across Client Success, Creative, Sales, and Strategy to forecast, plan, and execute paid media strategies.
Use data insights to refine campaign strategies, ensuring we meet client goals and objectives.
Stay adaptable and proactive, especially with clients in the medical field, and continuously learn about new industry trends and technologies.

What We're Looking for in You:
We need a dynamic and experienced professional who is ready to take the lead and make a real impact:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preferred)
6+ years of paid media/search marketing experience with a proven track record of success
2+ years of direct team management in an agency setting
Proficiency in full-funnel paid search, and experience with PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels
Familiarity with tools like Unbounce, Optmyzr, SpyFu, Excel, Ahrefs and certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Meta
Experience managing multiple accounts with a monthly spend of $10k+
Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Experience mentoring team members and engaging with clients
Familiarity with HIPAA or regulated industries is a plus, especially in healthcare.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
