Marketing Execution Lead -Loyalty & Rewards

388 Greenwich, NYC (3 days onsite – Hybrid

12 months Contract (Possible Extension or Hire)

Manager Notes

• Responsible for loyalty and credit cards points system
• Team develops marketing campaigns to drive customers to use points
• Should be able to put together creative briefs and taking those through multiple rounds of team collaboration
• A lot of PM work because managing campaigns and will be balancing a lot of moving parts
• Client uses Aprimo for campaign management
• Other tool sets: Jira, Excel, Confluence, Smartsheet, AEM for documentation

Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct or digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required

• Experience with marketing project and program management

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization

• High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities

• Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation

• Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
