Our client headquartered in Central Ohio is seeking a Director of IT. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the network leadership team to align technology vision, strategy, road maps, and infrastructure to the strategic direction, operational excellence, and growth of company
• Communicate technology vision, strategy, priorities, and data to key internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and investments that promote productivity and cost savings
• Create and manage all hardware and software evaluations
• Provide ongoing and data-driven decision making to best support technology operations and network growth
• Implements policies and defines an approach to strategy achievement for specified areas of responsibility. Analyzes the long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies and decisions
• Ensure consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, supporting, and enforcing standards and procedures to implement technical solutions
• Manage on-time delivery and on-time budget projects

Qualifications:

• 10+ years relevant team leadership experience.
• Previous project management experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
• Able to work on and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with teammates, management, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
