Description: Qualifications: A high school diploma and previous office experience is required. College courses or vocational training desired. Must type 50 wpm and perform transcription. Must be able to operate a computer and peripheral equipment. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Exchange Outlook is required. Business application software including spreadsheets, database and word processing skills is required. Must possess intermediate math skills and be able to operate a calculator. Excellent oral and written skills required.
Responsibilities: Provides administrative support with responsibilities described below for the for the Vista Program. Vista is a multi-year large Customer Service business and technology transformation program that is comprised of 3 projects with 300+ resources that come from multiple vendors working together toward a single goal.
The project team reports to the downtown LA location of Client headquarters and is onsite/in-person Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are remote . Looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual who is interested in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to support a high-performing team.
