FULLY ONSITE Monday-Friday. Candidate is required to come in the office every day!! ZERO option to work from home.
Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm. A lot of orientation calls for candidates starting off. Candidate may have to start at 5:45am.
Summary: We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join the team of our client in Spring Hill, TN. This role will be a fully onsite position, there is no option for remote. The hours will be 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday-Friday. In this role you will be facilitating orientation for new hourly employees that are being brought in on a temporary basis, working with the union counterpart. Also be doing administrative work, things like filing, changing Sup orgs in Workday and answering questions regarding labor work relations. The role is heavy on the administrative work!
Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate for this role will possess 2-3 years of experience in administrative work, with some background in Workday and HR operations. They should have a proven track record of facilitating presentations and coordinating group activities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years' experience required.
