About the Role - The Project Manager at Test Products is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling (of budget development and overall timing), and closing of a successful project. This includes monitoring work in progress and validation while incorporating new technologies and enhancements to improve our customer's deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Management of customer projects from RFQ through customer buy-off;
• Planning and execution of all project-related activities & meetings in a cross-functional environment;
• Distribute customer requirements to project stakeholders (e.g., Functional Owner, Project Manager, engineering team member) for analysis and derivation of system requirements;
• Act as a representative person from the entire Desay team, leading customer communications to get consensus with a customer when the internal team raises a proposal;
• Meet with Engineering Departments and technicians to evaluate the process and receive feedback on work performed;
• Main contact for program-related questions and serves as a conduit of program-related launch information to the customer;
• Report project status during regular meetings with the customer and internal project management team. Typical reports would include updating timelines and open issues lists;

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Read, Writing, and Speaking) to communicate with customers and internal teams;
• Proficient skill set in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
• Problem Solving and Critical Thinking;
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and engineering experience in electronic or automotive business for 3-5 years for Engineer;
• Knowledge of SW/HW architectures and Mobile Wireless Technology;
• Automotive CAN experiences preferred;
• Be willing to travel up to 25%, domestic and international travel;
• Be willing to work client-site;
• Be willing to work in an office and home office.
