We’re hiring a Web Designer who thrives in the execution layer. Someone who doesn’t just make things look good, but makes them work. This role is for a designer who can own the build: the structure, the rhythm, the actual user experience. From strategy and wireframe to layout logic and polish — you’re not just handing off a Figma file, you’re leading what goes live.

• Design responsive, clean, high-performing websites that carry a brand with precision
• Translate strategic direction and wireframes into scalable, component-based systems inside Figma
• Collaborate closely with strategists, project leads, and devs to bring builds to life
• Create and maintain style libraries, visual systems, and modular assets
• Own layout logic, hierarchy, and the entire front-end visual experience
• Refine interaction design and polish through feedback loops and real user flow
• Implement UX and performance best practices into the design process
• Lead QA reviews and evolve the site post-launch — visually, structurally, and experientially

• Have 2+ years of hands-on web design experience (agency or fast-moving studio preferred)
• Can show us a portfolio of real, shipped work — not just concepts, but live builds
• Are fluent in Figma — auto layout, variants, style guides, and system-based design
• Understand responsive structure, layout integrity, and user flow (not just aesthetics)
• Can speak developer — you don’t need to code, but you understand how things get built
• Know how to turn a vague idea into a working prototype without waiting for pixel-perfect instructions
• Communicate clearly, manage your time well, and stay calm under deadlines
• Bonus: motion design, simple no-code implementation, or prototyping skills
