5. Budget Management: Monitor flight budgets and expenses, negotiating deals and discounts with airlines to optimize costs while meeting client expectations.

6. Documentation: Prepare and organize flight documentation, including booking confirmations, ticket details, and travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

7. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve flight-related issues or challenges, such as flight delays or cancellations, to ensure client satisfaction and minimize disruptions.
