Job Description

A hospital employed community-based practice in Hartford County is currently seeking a licensed Urologist for a promising position with their growing team.

• Location : Hartford County, CT
• Specialty : Urologist
• Hours : Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Call : Telephonic call 1:4 weekends

Responsibilities:

The Urologist will:

• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Perform surgical procedures needed to diagnosis and treat urological disorders
• Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff
• Work with practice management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements
• Work with hospital and practice leadership to expand clinical capabilities of the practice and market the practice
• Provide on call coverage for Urology
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut
• Board Eligible / Certified Urology
