Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
  • Abrams Master Gunner.
  • Develops training material according to Government regulations and contracts.
  • Maintains Instructor Certification for military platform training.
  • Performs training requirements of newly designed military vehicles.
  • Conducts platform instruction for Soldiers, Marines and New Equipment Training (NET) Personnel.
  • Capable of data entry for the Army Training Doctrine Database (TDC).
  • Update Program of Instruction (POI) material for Trainers and Military School Instructors.
  • Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
  • Personnel should be familiar with DA Pam 350-70, training and training development including supporting pamphlets.

Qualifications Sought
  • 8-12 years minimum of related experience supporting military operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience through military service as an Abrams Master Gunner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Mind-set to work collaboratively in a team environment for program success
  • Proven skills in the development of technical documents and oral communication
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills sought.
