Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role - Abrams Master Gunner.
- Develops training material according to Government regulations and contracts.
- Maintains Instructor Certification for military platform training.
- Performs training requirements of newly designed military vehicles.
- Conducts platform instruction for Soldiers, Marines and New Equipment Training (NET) Personnel.
- Capable of data entry for the Army Training Doctrine Database (TDC).
- Update Program of Instruction (POI) material for Trainers and Military School Instructors.
- Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
- Personnel should be familiar with DA Pam 350-70, training and training development including supporting pamphlets.
Qualifications Sought - 8-12 years minimum of related experience supporting military operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience through military service as an Abrams Master Gunner.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Mind-set to work collaboratively in a team environment for program success
- Proven skills in the development of technical documents and oral communication
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills sought.
