Overview

What We’re Looking For
As a Technical Recruiter at CyberPoint, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will collaborate with program managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You will be able to assist with developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies to attract key talent and candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards, career fairs and both internal and external referrals. You will ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Work with Hiring Managers to develop, update and publish job descriptions
- Conduct high volume phone screens to assess availability, interest level, compensation and basic qualifications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Identify and recommend solutions to address challenges and/or opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc.
- Screen candidate resumes
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to CyberPoint Leadership
- Support the AAP annual development process

Qualifications

What You’ll Need 

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter for government contractor recruiting candidates with various clearance levels (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI + required polygraphs)
  • Solid ability to conduct introductory interviews with highly technical candidates (Data Scientists, Software Engineers, CNO Developers, Reverse Engineers, IT professionals, etc.) in order to present relevant information to program managers and promote CyberPoint to candidates as a great place to work.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
