Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of corporate and technical roles, while also supporting key HR operations. Located: Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (70%)

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from role intake and posting to sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Proactively source passive candidates and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Manage interview scheduling and communication logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Draft and deliver offer letters in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

HR Support (30%)

• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Help administer employee files, I-9 forms, compliance documentation, and background check coordination
• Update and maintain HRIS records and support periodic HR reporting and audits
• Act as a first point of contact for basic HR policy questions and employee inquiries

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition is required
• Background/exposure to general HR functions is highly preferred
• Experience with both corporate and high-volume recruitment environments is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
• Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS) and HRIS platforms
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
