Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Manager of Supply Chain for our client near the Pennsauken, NJ area. Candidates MUST have experience in the manufacturing of construction products such as drywall, wooden beams, doors, glass, etc. or a similar product line! This direct hire role focuses on inventory management and will require travel both to sister sites in the area. This on-site position requires a strong background in supply chain management, import protocols and must have ERP implementation experience, preferably with SAP. Ideal candidates will have a minimum 5-7 years’ experience within Supply Chain management most recently within a manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will have a proven background of change management, strategic implementations, as well as conflict resolution.

Salary range: $110,000 to $140,000 DOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supply planning, inventory management and forecasting activities for all products and multiple sites.
  • Manage team members of supply planning and demand planning.
  • Oversee S&OP process, production planning.
  • Manage and forecast inventory management globally.
  • Manage threshold target service level goals as well as launching new products on time and improving processes and systems.
  • Design, implement and budget for system improvements.
  • Serve as key team member on acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Oversee personal as well as team KPIs to determine forecast accuracy and inventory levels.
  • Manage monthly, weekly, and quarterly SAP inventory reporting.
  • Manage all aspects of S&OP process with CMO and internal site as well as the ES&OP process.
  • Work with cross functionally with all necessary teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Mitigate all supply chain risks.
  • Design and prepare for any supply chain interruptions with proactive planning to ensure operations continue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain highly preferred.
  • Certification within either CPIM, CSCP, IBF or Demand Planning is a plus.
  • Expertise in managing process and process improvements within S&OP desired.
  • SAP implementations or similar SAP/ERP systems is required.
  • Change management experience required.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Lean Methodologies required.
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure in a fast-paced environment required.
