We are seeking a Student Recruiter with strong connections to U.S. university student communities, particularly Chinese international students . The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) and have a strong presence on Chinese social media and student networks .

• Build and maintain relationships with Chinese student communities across U.S. universities.
• Actively engage with students on Chinese social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Douyin, QQ, etc.).
• Promote our training and job placement programs to international students who require H-1B visa sponsorship .
• Organize and participate in student events, webinars, and networking sessions to increase program awareness.
• Collaborate with university career centers, student organizations, and alumni groups to attract talent.
• Provide guidance and support to students regarding career opportunities, training programs, and visa processes .
• Track recruitment efforts and report student engagement metrics to the leadership team.
