Job Summary:
As the Store Director at tm:rw , you will lead our flagship New York City location, driving excellence across customer experience, sales performance, and operational execution. You’ll take ownership of the store’s strategic direction, ensuring that every visitor encounters an immersive and engaging retail experience.
Leading a team of high-performing managers and sales professionals, you will foster a culture of innovation, motivation, and results. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the in-store experience , collaborating with senior leadership to ensure commercial objectives are met and exceeded.

Experience: 7+ years in retail management, ideally in luxury, innovation, or tech-driven environments.
Sales Leadership: Proven success in leading high-performing teams to exceed revenue and KPI targets .

Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans that drive measurable results.

Salary: $110K–$130K + Commission
