MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A STAND-UP CLAMP OPERATOR

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Stand-up Forklift Operator to fill an opening at a large logistics warehouse located in Jurupa Valley, CA

Schedule: 1st shift: Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30 pm

Requirements for sit down forklift operator:

• Candidates must have minimum 1 year of experience on the Stand-up Clamp Forklift.
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Standing, bending, lifting required to perform all tasks
• Steel Toe Boots
• Prior experience in roles such as Stand-up Forklift Driver, Forklift Operator, Industrial Truck Operator, Lift Truck Operator, Cherry Picker Operator, or Material Handler is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Stand-up forklift operator:

• Responsible for the operation of a forklift or other heavy equipment to safely move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise around the facility 
• Ability to drive a forklift- Ability to lift 65 to 100 pounds- Ability to climb on and off of required equipment
• Safely maneuvering the stand-up clamp forklift to transport, lift, and stack materials.
• Actively participates in plant cleanliness by restacking, picking-up trash and debris, and washing their equipment
