The Hackett Group is looking for a passionate, Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant to join our team. This role will include both light travel and remote work locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, upgrades, and migration projects.

Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant Job Responsibilities:

• Project experience as an Implementation Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud projects
• Provide subject matter expertise in HCM Cloud Applications
• Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
• Research and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approaches
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
• Ability to configure modules such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Talent or Learning modules
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Conduct system cutover
• Provide functional review of integrations, data mapping, data analysis, and data migration support
• Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Manage a project successfully; yourself, onshore and offshore team, and the client

Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant Job Requirements:

• Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to engage in HCM best practices and storytelling
• Hands on project experience in at least two Full Life Cycle implementations in Oracle HCM products; from planning to configuration through go-live
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Impeccable communication and follow-up

Flexible work location possible with company approval, excluding remote work from Colorado or New York City.
