As Solutions Architect in QAX, you will...

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient decision support systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand and translate requirements into deployable solutions
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for analytic and decision support applications
• Develop proof of concept prototypes to explore and validate architectural recommendations and new technologies
• Create detailed system architecture diagrams and documentation, communicating system concepts to an audience with a broad range of technical backgrounds
• Provide technical leadership on project teams from a systems perspective
• Conduct architectural reviews and broader risk assessments for existing and developing systems

You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Have 5+ years developing Enterprise Software Applications
• Have 3+ years of developing cloud native applications in Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Are proficient in multiple programming languages (e.g. Java, Python)
• Have knowledge of microservices architectures and containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Are able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Secret /Top Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

You'll go above and beyond our minimum requirements if you...

• Have experience evaluating different software architectures and providing recommendations based on user requirements and constraints
• Have experience migrating legacy applications to cloud environments
• Are familiar with government and Department of Defense acquisition and ATO processes
• Have experience working as part of cross-functional teams and leading by influence
• Hold a current Secret security clearance or higher.
