Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead Byroe’s social media presence and content strategy across platforms—including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok . In this role, you’ll shape Byroe’s brand voice, drive audience growth, and foster community engagement through innovative content and authentic storytelling.

This role is a unique blend of strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate directly with Byroe’s Marketing Director and Creative Director to execute a cohesive and impactful social strategy while driving measurable growth and engagement.

(1) Social Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute innovative social media content plans aligned with Byroe’s business objectives.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end content creation – from ideation, scripting, and shooting to editing and publishing .
  • Ensure all content is visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for engagement across platforms:
  • Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Threads
  • TikTok
  • Plan and execute larger social campaigns, product launches, and retailer promotions in collaboration with the Creative team and cross-functional partners.
(2) Analytics & Performance Optiomization
  • Serve as the social analytics lead —track and report on KPIs, audience insights, and performance benchmarks.
  • Manage communication of insights to broader teams, helping drive quarterly goals and surpass growth targets.
  • Develop monthly dashboards and compile key social metrics across platforms to inform content decisions.
  • Continuously monitor performance and adjust content strategy to maximize impact.
(3) Creative Content Production
  • Lead hands-on content creation, including filming and editing high-quality social-first videos and imagery.
  • Own the entire content production cycle – from conceptualization and scripting to execution, post-production, and distribution.
  • Oversee and direct creative shoots, ensuring content aligns with brand aesthetics and storytelling goals.
  • Collaborate with content creators and influencers, providing direction and guidance to ensure their content aligns with Byroe’s brand identity.
  • Continuously optimize content formats, styles, and trends to maximize engagement and performance.

(4) Strategy & Innovation
  • Identify and implement data-driven social media strategies to support yearly marketing goals.
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure Byroe remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Plan and execute collaborations with content creators, influencers, and brand advocates, ensuring seamless integration of UGC (user-generated content) into the brand strategy.
  • Test new content formats and campaign ideas to drive audience engagement and brand growth.
Requirements

✔️ 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing exclusively within a skincare or beauty brand .

✔️ Strong content creation background with experience producing high-quality photo and video content for social platforms.

✔️ Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook) and content best practices.

✔️ Strong creative eye and storytelling skills—you're comfortable with photo and video editing tools.

✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.

✔️ Proven experience working with influencers and building brand partnerships.

✔️ Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

✔️ Experience working in a premium or luxury skincare brand is a plus.
