Starting Salary: $52,500 → Increases to $55,000 after 6 months
Are you dependable, curious, and calm under pressure? Want to support life-saving procedures and work with advanced surgical technology? Join our Montana field team at Medworks, where you’ll be trained to operate medical lasers and surgical equipment in hospitals and surgery centers—directly contributing to smoother, safer surgeries.
What You’ll Do
· Deliver, set up, and calibrate surgical lasers and equipment
· Operate and monitor equipment during surgical procedures
· Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor repairs
· Support and train hospital staff on equipment use
· Track usage and documentation for compliance and billing
· Foster strong relationships with clinical teams
No prior medical experience is required – we provide full, hands-on training.
What We’re Looking For
· You live within ~40 miles of Butte, MT
· You’re comfortable with solo travel and Montana roads
· You’re respectful, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
· You can handle high-pressure surgical environments with professionalism
· Experience in healthcare, logistics, tech support, or equipment handling is a plus—but not required!
Schedule & Travel
· Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call
· Frequent regional travel
· 1–2 week onboarding in Richmond, VA (travel covered)
