Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Provide network infrastructure hardware software and enterprise services for offices to run their business.
• Administer network and database management device management and technical support for hardware and software for both the organizations internal and external clients.
• Serve as a technical infrastructure support backstop owning and resolving all technical issues escalated from the operations team.
• Work independently on assigned projects coordinating resources and collaborating as necessary.
• Apply secondorder thinking to engineering solutions for assigned projects.
• Articulate technical details and reasoning to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Experience you will need:

• 68 years of experience in an Enterprise IT or Service Provider role.
• Deploy provision maintain and operate experience with VMware vSphere Cisco UCS Pure SAN Storage Fiber Channel and Zerto.
• Experience working within ticket systems such as Service NOW.
• Experience with automation using tools/languages like Terraform PowerShell and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and patterns for Infrastructure.
• Familiarity with principles of DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering.
• Cloud platform operating experience (AWS GCP Azure).
• Experience working in an Agile framework.
