Qualifications

* 10+ years experience

* Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited

university or equivalent skill set and technical expertise as determined by the firm Ownership

* Professional NCIDQ certification through the Council for Interior Design Qualification or licensed architect

* Certification is preferred in one or more content areas (WELL, LEED, PHIUS, CSI, etc.)

* Min. 5 years of Revit usage

* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & Photoshop

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Windows OS , Power Point

* Proven project management and account management experience

* Excellent communication skills, able to present and convey Desmones capabilities and experience, project portfolio, and/or design direction during internal and external events, business development, client engagement, and project meetings

* Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills

* Organized, motivated, dedicated, efficient

* Potential for leadership position based on qualifications and fit
