**Job Title:** Senior Financial Analyst

Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives. This role involves developing and managing detailed three-statement financial models, performing budgeting tasks, and analyzing large, complex datasets across multiple data sources. Success in this role will require a strong background in financial analysis and data management, with an ability to make sense of data from disparate sources and drive insights for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive three-statement financial models to support decision-making
- Partner with various departments to manage the budgeting process, providing insights into budgeting variances and financial forecasts
- Analyze large datasets, performing advanced sorting, filtering, and interpretation to identify actionable insights
- Support growth initiatives, including modeling for potential acquisitions and analyzing organic growth opportunities
- Present financial data and analysis to executive leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and providing recommendations
- Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years in a finance or analyst role, ideally as an Investment Banking Analyst or Analyst Consultant
- Healthcare sector experience is advantageous but not required
- Proficiency with three-statement modeling, budgeting, and data management
- Experience handling large datasets, with the ability to parse, sort, and filter data efficiently
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial analysis software or BI tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to various stakeholders
