Field Service Technician (NETA Certified)

Qualifications:
Must hold a NETA certification or have a minimum of one year of experience working for a NETA-certified organization.
Extensive hands-on experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Prior experience working with substations.
Strong background in high-voltage systems and switchgear.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the specified locations and be open to at least 50% travel.
Position Levels:
Openings are available for junior to senior-level technicians. Compensation is tiered based on experience and certification level.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of low, medium, and high-voltage electrical systems (up to 500kV).
Perform maintenance and testing of switchgear, transformers (dry type and oil-filled), and circuit breakers.
Handle startup, diagnostics, and repairs on control systems and transfer schemes.
Utilize high-voltage test equipment, including Doble Power Factor test sets.
Participate in emergency response rotations and resolve customer issues promptly.
Adhere strictly to all electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
