Job Description

K-Veri is looking for a Full Time Brand Marketing Manager to work in person at our West Hollywood office. This role reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing our clients brand and marketing channels. The Brand Marketing Manager, will be responsible for driving new acquisition and conversion strategies through all earned and paid media channels.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that include influencer, affiliate and paid media 
• Manage go-to-market strategies for new product launches across our marketing channels
• Set, track, and report on KPI targets for all channels to ensure sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to drive demand and build brand awareness.
• Manage our affiliate and partner program, as well as seek strategic brand partnerships especially on TikTok. 
• Run social media strategy, ensuring brand consistency and develop engaging content to acquire new customers.
• Research and report on new trends and competitive reports on a quarterly basis
• Report back on your efforts through Google Analytics, TikTok and Instagram metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or Communications preferred
• 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably for a DTC brand or corporate environment
• 1-3 years minimum experience of people management
• Experience using Google Analytics and other tracking methods to measure efforts
• Experience with TikTok Shop and Canva is a must
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We wear many hats and you will too.
• Detail and organization is your strong suit
