MissionCare Collective is mission-driven organization operating a suite of products to help grow, stabilize, and improve the healthcare workforce. We operate myCNAjobs (recruitment SAAS), CoachUP Care (retention SAAS), and MissionCare (tech enabled services).

Who we are hiring

We're hiring two sales representative to join our St. Petersburg-based team to sell our CoachUp Care line of business (visit coachupcare.com). This is a remote position, based in FL, but must be able to travel to St Petersburg for training and meetings as-needed.

About the role

• Inbound and outbound sales; most sales conducted via zoom
• Identify, prospect, cultivate and develop new long term partnerships
• Successfully represent our company’s mission, products and services.
• The ability to discover, define, quantify and resolve unique business challenges and needs with your prospect that lead to presenting a strategic solution to solve a need or challenge
• Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets, maintaining a healthy inbound and outbound sales pipeline
• Demo our suite of products to prospective clients, discerning what a prospect will need during a thorough needs analysis
• Attend conferences and tradeshows, as needed, to represent the organization and be a respected and valued ambassador for MissionCare Collective
• Evaluate complex customer challenges and needs and align our products and solutions to help ensure customers are on the right programs, creating upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Work with implementation team to seamlessly transition clients from onboarding to ongoing support yet maintain expansion sales
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is required with demonstrated results. Candidates with experience selling into home care, hospice, skilled nursing, senior living and healthcare, and/or experience selling recruitment, engagement, or workforce solutions are preferred.
• You love to sell, you love to close, and you love selling something that is making a positive impact for our clients -- what we sell ultimately helps companies deliver better care.
