Floor Manager – Bloomingdale’s Concession

My client is seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer service at their Bloomingdale’s concession. This role involves assisting customers, resolving inquiries, delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of sales trends, and a passion for driving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Inspire, empower, and support staff to achieve excellence while maintaining high presentation and service standards.
• Sales & Customer Engagement: Maximize sales by educating the team on product knowledge, trends, and customer shopping behaviors.
• Operations & Merchandising: Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Business Performance: Analyze KPIs, track store performance, and drive brand initiatives, promotions, and marketing strategies.
• Store Support: Act as a key support to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making.

Qualifications:

✔️ Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor/Keyholder or in a retail management role , preferably in fashion.

✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.

✔️ Knowledge of visual merchandising, inventory management, and store operations .

✔️ Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with multitasking abilities.
