Position Overview
The Safety Manager will be tasked with overseeing and upholding safety protocols and procedures at construction sites. This role involves ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and identifying and addressing potential safety hazards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in construction safety, along with the skills to communicate and enforce safety measures effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for all construction sites
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
• Provide safety training and education to all employees
• Investigate all accidents and incidents that occur on site
• Maintain all safety records and reports
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure that all safety guidelines are followed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Safety Manager in the construction industry
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and guidelines
• Experience developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• OSHA 500, 510, 30 required
