In this role, you'll be a key partner in our go-to-market organization, collaborating with leadership and teams across Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Product. You will help execute strategies, build and maintain infrastructure, and improve analytics to focus on what truly matters. Responsibilities:
Oversee quota design, territory planning, pipeline management, sales processes, and KPI visualization across the revenue organization.
Manage forecasting and reporting on the sales pipeline, tracking progress, identifying trends, and optimizing conversion rates.
Design and implement commission plans that motivate high performance and align with business goals.
Develop and refine processes and tools to enhance efficiency and overall revenue performance.
Lead a team of sales analysts, fostering talent and building a high-performing team.
Support day-to-day operations, including account setup and ensuring effective onboarding of new customers.
Drive the planning process to prioritize tasks and work closely with the development team to execute projects efficiently.
Focus on identifying opportunities for revenue growth and improvement, dedicating approximately 30% of your time to this task.
Utilize your expertise in lead scoring solutions and spreadsheet-based business analysis with tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years of experience in revenue operations within sales, marketing, and customer success functions, especially in high-growth environments.
Proven ability to take action and build effective solutions.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to simplify complex structures.
Proficiency in SFDC and understanding of CRM systems as enablers of the sales process.
Experience with evaluating and implementing enablement tools across revenue functions.
