Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the revenue cycle, including insurance verification, billing procedures, collections processes, and payment reconciliation.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance revenue cycle processes, aiming to boost efficiency and financial outcomes.
• Ensure that billing and coding practices are timely, accurate, and comply with all regulatory standards and payer requirements.
• Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle activities and introduce improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency in accounting/revenue cycle management software (e.g., Blackbaud, QuickBooks); electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Excel.
