Revenue Cycle Manager

Salary 90-115K

• Strong revenue cycle management experience including analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare finance, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing practices, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Ophthalmology experience required
• Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Remote role, but must be available for in-person quarterly doctors’ meetings or team meetings
• Supervisory experience with proven success leading a revenue cycle teams
