Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Retail Merchandiser and Sales
Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible
for creating visually captivating displays, optimizing product placement, and
driving sales within our large retail environment. Additionally, you will actively
engage with customers, providing expert guidance and assistance to ensure a
memorable and rewarding
shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute visually appealing displays to showcase our footwear
  products, adhering to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Regularly refresh and rotate merchandise to maintain visual interest and highlight
  new arrivals, promotions, and featured products.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to ensure adequate
  stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Utilize knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences to inform
  merchandising decisions and maximize sales opportunities.
• Proactively approach and assist customers on the sales floor, providing
  personalized recommendations and guidance to fulfill their footwear needs.
• Actively promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive incremental
  sales and increase average transaction value.
• Cultivate strong product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and
  developments to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and styling
  tips to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, resolving inquiries, addressing
  concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail
  environment, including merchandising displays, product presentation, and store
  cleanliness.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team initiatives to
  enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail merchandising, preferably within the footwear or
  fashion industry.
• Strong visual merchandising skills with a keen eye for design, layout, and
  aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
  customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  and KPIs.
• Passion for footwear fashion and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers find
  the perfect pair of shoes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on
  delivering high-quality service and achieving results.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate
  the needs of a retail schedule.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy boxes or merchandise as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
