JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Recruiter oversees the recruitment and placement of employed staff for system-wide positions; coordinates with other HR staff on the new hire process up to orientation. Must be resourceful and flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of leadership in a dynamic, high-performing organization. Is proficient in service excellence behaviors and conveys professionalism at all times. Demonstrates assessment, problem solving, project management, and communications skills resulting in high reliability processes and optimal outcomes. Manages the full cycle of recruiting. Represents Stillwater Medical at job fairs and community events in order to recruit qualified applicants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
HS or GED Equivalent required
Human Resources/Recruiting experience required, minimum of one year
Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong verbal/written communication and presentations skills
Functional in Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
Ability to accurately manage completion of time-sensitive information in a busy work environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
Able hear and converse with others on the phone
Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts to prepare reports and read written materials.
Possess fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to operate equipment
