Job Description

We are recruiting for a Quality Manager with with 5+ years experience in a quality role in industrial products or automotive component manufacturing .

Specifically, this position will:

• Ensure customer specifications are met, and, when defects arise get to the root cause of the defect and ensure future specifications are met
• Facilitate customer performance reports and present findings and make recommendations for quality improvements
• Implement inspection and sampling techniques, quality plans, flow diagrams, control plans, and in-process control procedures to ensure finished products meet customer requirements and ensure documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 specifications .
• Analyze non-conformance reports and recommend process or product improvements to address root causes and enhance quality performance.
• Utilize quality tools to drive operational efficiency
• Ensure training and compliance in quality systems
• Work with cross functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure quality standards are met

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management, Quality Certifications are preferred
• 5+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in industrial products or automotive components.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
