Heart Spring Health has space available for a full or part time provider in our collaborative office space. We are looking for a friendly and community oriented provider who is enthusiastic about working with a team to provide the best patient care.
Our providers have a passion for counseling and/or working with mental health and we could benefit from collaborating with a psychiatric nurse practitioner or provider who feels comfortable with prescribing for this population.

The practice is ideal for providers who desire having a supportive medical, reception and billing staff. We strive to have services available so providers can focus on patient care. We offer a percentage pay based on the income you generate into the practice. We need you and you would fill up quickly even if you don't come with an existing practice. We offer a full set of benefits health insurance, retirement fund, time off is generous, etc.
