Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage heavy haul transportation projects from planning to execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, permits, route surveys, and safety protocols.
• Monitor load specifications, weight limits, and special handling requirements for oversized shipments.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to route planning, weather, and road conditions.
• Track project progress, resolve operational issues, and report status to stakeholders.
• Optimize logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Lead a team of drivers, logistics coordinators, and subcontractors to achieve project success.
