About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in assisting Project Managers with the planning, execution, and completion of ERP projects. You will be an integral member of the Project Management Office team, ensuring seamless coordination of project activities, management of schedules, and effective communication of project progress. Your efforts will also include handling support calls and assisting accounting personnel with collection efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for ERP implementation projects.
Coordinate project kick-off, status updates, and other related meetings.
Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Track resource assignments and utilization to guarantee proper coverage of project tasks.
Collaborate with project team members to provide necessary resources and information for task completion.
Prepare, maintain, and distribute project-related communications and documentation, including meeting minutes.
Set up and maintain Teams pages for client activities and project documentation.
Communicate project updates and progress to Project Managers and stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them as needed.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies and Microsoft implementation standards.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and related documents.
Provide administrative support to Project Managers and consultants.
Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements and document findings.
Prepare documentation for client engagements, ensuring accuracy and transparent communication.
Build and manage client relationships by delivering high-quality service during all engagements.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, technical teams, developers, and consultants to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
Participate in project planning, review, status, and retrospective meetings.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates and answer questions.
Continuously update your expertise through educational opportunities and professional development.
Foster teamwork through empowerment and inclusiveness for all team members and clients.
Provide services through remote, on-site, shared sessions, telephone, and email communications.
Monitor support email inbox, set up support cases, and dispatch to appropriate resources.
Manage support queues to ensure timely updates and case closures, enhancing client satisfaction.
Assist with collection efforts as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficient in MS O365 software and tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams).
Basic understanding of the ERP implementation process.
Ability to identify areas for process improvements and system enhancements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey updates clearly at all levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in an ERP or consulting environment.
