Position Summary: Manage all facets of project status, ensuring timely completion of quality work. Recruit & maintain independent evaluators in assigned areas. Provide coaching and assistance to evaluators.
Essential Duties:
- Recruit, coach, and schedule evaluators to conduct audit and data collection projects.
- Research and recommend new recruitment procedures, including new paid print or web postings, or appropriate social media/networking outlets. Determine success of sourcing efforts by tracking responses by method/channel used.
- Track project scheduling and confirm timely project completion.
- Monitor late evaluations and projects; reschedule when necessary.
- Follow established quality control procedures to help detect fraudulent evaluator activity, report suspected fraud to supervisor.
- Schedule shoppers' route and timeline within projects' requirements and keep control cost within budget.
- Forward location and other project-specific issues to relevant team lead.
- Review incoming completed shop reports for adherence to client project objectives, validation of details, and for missing or incorrect data.
- Coordinate with quality control/editing staff or contractors to ensure quality of work and quick turnaround.
- Submit edited reports to client prior to deadlines.
- Participate in team and company meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years' experience in a temporary agency or corporate recruiting role is ideal.
- Proficiency with MS Office software, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Proficient mathematical skills for calculating evaluator fees, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ability to quickly learn BARE's proprietary database systems, including having current knowledge of web-based database system navigation.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated history of active listening and asking for clarification when needed.
- Proven ability to convey facts in writing using concepts and language the reader will best understand.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and find creative solutions to challenges using available resources.
- Proven ability to respond to customer and team needs and to meet commitments.
- History of successfully managing multiple projects at different stages in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate self-motivation and resourcefulness.
- Proven ability to diplomatically handle occasional challenging interpersonal interactions.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding results with little-to-no direct oversight.
- History of taking personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
- Demonstrated ability to earn others' trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions.
- History of contributing to a positive team spirit.
