Position Summary
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to work out of our Milwaukee Service Center. The Shift Supervisor coordinates all operations during the second shift. The Shift Supervisor ensures a smooth workflow, adherence to schedules, and a seamless transition between the first and second shifts. Additionally, this role maintains safety standards, prioritizes work, provides technical support, and assists with troubleshooting as required. The Shift Supervisor enforces policies and procedures and documents employee performance and issues.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to work in high, precarious places, and risk of shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat, extreme cold and wet, humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
