Job Title: Product Manager – Sales & Service (Salesforce & Enterprise Applications)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Manager – Sales & Service with a strong background in Salesforce and other enterprise applications like SAP . This role will be pivotal in driving the digital transformation of sales and service operations , ensuring seamless integration between systems and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the Sales & Service product roadmap , aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, service, marketing, and IT , to enhance and optimize Salesforce and enterprise application functionalities.
• Define and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for system enhancements and integrations.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other CRM functionalities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems to optimize sales, order management, and service processes.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and reporting tools .
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points, develop solutions, and execute strategies for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the sales and service ecosystem.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Sales & Service applications .
• Strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM functionalities, and integrations) .
• Experience working with SAP (or other enterprise applications like ERP, order management, etc.) .
• Knowledge of API integrations, automation tools, and middleware solutions .
• Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and drive execution in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders .
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making .
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions .
• Knowledge of AI-driven customer service solutions .
• Understanding of order-to-delivery processes in the automotive or manufacturing industry .
