Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay range: $47,000 - $52,000 annually, plus quarterly bonus potential

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage and organize electronic files and drawings related to preconstruction projects.
• Serve as the communication hub between the team and vendors. Send and verify electronic files and drawings, track bids, and maintain a positive, professional relationship.
• Assist the team by completing spreadsheets, collecting bids, verifying vendor counts, and comparing revised documents to identify changes.
• Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading proposals, tracking bids, entering data, and filing.
• Maintain AutoDesk Construction Cloud (ACC), creating and updating forms and organizing drawings, specifications, and other documents.
• Collaborate with the Office Manager to plan and implement the company’s social media calendar, ensuring consistent, timely posts across all platforms.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Further education or certification in construction, electrical, or related fields is a plus.

Hard Skills

• Ability to perform basic calculations.
• Strong proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with programs such as Canva and social media scheduling platforms.
• Data entry and electronic file management experience.

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-starter who values following established processes and guidelines.
• Able to take on tasks and responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
• Willing to ask questions to clarify expectations and ensure accuracy.
