Test water chemistry regularly to ensure safe pH levels and chlorine concentrations. Conduct preventative maintenance on pumps, filters, and heaters, and perform minor equipment repairs. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and chemical levels; assist with emergency repairs. Perform pool start-ups and winterizations, preventing freeze damage and ensuring safety compliance. **Skills & Qualifications:** Experience with plumbing and electrical work is a plus. Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of pool equipment and chemical handling. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact with clients comfortably.
