The Pool here at Indian Hot Springs is an incredibly unique place and you’ll be front and center! Our pool attendants have the knowledge of the services we provide, acknowledge every customer and provide solutions for them regarding their experience with their soaking needs! They confidently interact with guests providing exceptional service, and have pride in keeping our Pool and Club Mud facilities clean and tidy. You’ll be working closely with the rest of our team to make a memorable experience for our guests!

$19.00 per hour starting wage

This position receives tips - on average $1.50+

Part-time and full time hours available

Position Summary: The Pool Attendant will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing environment for all guests at Indian Hot Springs. The Pool Attendant will be an enthusiastic, detail oriented individual. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring an elevated experience for all who visit our facility. They will be committed to maintaining the integrity, cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the pool area. Additionally this role also involves maintaining the natural beauty of the surrounding environment, including tending to plants throughout the greenhouse and facilities.

Job Duties:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer
• Clean and prepare pool facilities
• Observe for safety concerns, opportunities and compliance with Indian Hot Springs policies
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment
• Continually monitor pool area, Club Mud and Pool Hallway to ensure customers are entering with the correct wristbands 
• Possess product knowledge and current pricing
• Provide solutions and answers to customer questions
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Keep areas clean and tidy at all times
• Operate tablets and credit/debit card terminals
• Restock goods and materials as needed
• Work together with our team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests
• Special projects and other duties may be assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License or ID
• Ability to work with technology
• Must be dependable, friendly, responsible, and a great team player
• Consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, and meet time commitments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs 
• Ability to problem solve and be solution oriented
