Job Description
As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders for our customers. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, pay close attention to detail, and work well as part of a team. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker packer or in a similar role preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights (up to 50 lbs) comfortably.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
salary: $16 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick items from inventory based on order sheets and customer requests.
- Carefully pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that items are properly secured and packaged according to company guidelines.
- Label packages accurately and arrange for their shipment using various shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the supervisor.
