Description

Medivant Healthcare is a new fully automated injectable manufacturing & outsourcing (503B) facility based in Phoenix, AZ. The company manufactures single dose liquid injectable vials for sales to hospitals around the country. Company focuses on molecules and products that are on FDA's shortage list. Current molecules being sold to hospitals are Sterile water, Sodium Chloride, Lidocaine, Bupivacaine and a few more. Company will be expanding its range to 15 molecules by end of the year. We have an opening for Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative positions.
  1. Location : Midwest Region
  2. Schedule : F/T: Monday through Friday, more details upon interview
  3. Requirement : Field sales experience, Sales experience selling to Hospital Pharmacies.
  4. Pay: $60-$80K plus uncapped commission. Our top selling sales rep takes home more than $150K per year.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the sales of sterile injectables listed on the FDA Short List. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of products, including Lidocaine with and without epinephrine, Ketamine, Bupivacaine with and without epinephrine, and others, to hospital pharmacies. This role is critical to driving our continued success in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Expertise:
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our sterile injectable products on the FDA Short List.
    • Articulate the unique features, benefits, and applications of each product, with a focus on Lidocaine, Ketamine, Bupivacaine, and related formulations.
  2. Sales and Market Penetration:
    • Implement effective sales strategies to penetrate hospital pharmacies, promoting and selling our sterile injectable products.
    • Conduct targeted presentations and demonstrations to highlight the quality and advantages of our pharmaceutical offerings.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within hospital pharmacies.
    • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to address specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  4. Market Analysis and Competitor Awareness:
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the sterile injectables space.
    • Stay abreast of competitor products, market dynamics, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  5. Sales Targets and Action Plans:
    • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets within designated timelines.
    • Develop strategic action plans to maximize sales and market share for our sterile injectable products.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction.
  7. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
    • Provide regular reports to management regarding sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  8. Compliance and Ethical Standards:
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in sales practices.

Requirements


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FDA Short List products, including Lidocaine, Ketamine, Bupivacaine, etc.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and collaborative work style with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
